Almost done! and a few questions...
Well the cam/timing chain and gears/lifters install is almost complete. All that I've got left to do is install the lower intake, reconnect all of my sensors and injectors, install the upper intake, torque the crank bolt, put the radiator and fan and fan shroud on and I think that I'll be finished and it'll be ready to fire for the first time. Here's a few pictures of where I'm at now.
Sorry if the pictures are a little dark. I've got one question though. How did you guys get the crank bolt (the one that goes into the crankshaft that helps hold the balancer on) torqued? I have got it pressed on by the means of my impact wrench but I don't want to really tighten it down with that because I'm afraid of stripping the threads. Anyone know?

I've got a snap on one, I'm not sure what it is rated at but it's very torquey. Maybe I'll try that, any other suggestions? Maybe I'll wait until I can throw the serpentine belt on and try and torque it down with my torque wrench, I doubt that I'll have enough resistance even then.

I've got a 1/2" torque wrench and a 3/8". Motor is in the car and I've got an automatic. Maybe I'll try and stick something through the balancer and see what I can do.

the only place to really wedge something betweent the balancer and motor is the lip on the oil pan (below the front cover). I think that I might just use the impact wrench.
