long tubes are going to flow a lot smoother/better than shortys but you really dont need them untill youve got around 400 hp, id get some equal length shortys and call it a day.

If you plan on taking it past the usual bolt-on stage, such as N20 or forced induction, go with the long tubes. If not, shortys will do you just fine. Fitting long tubes isn't the easiest either. But not exactly hard.

lmao//i had long tubes headers and i gained 16 hp and 23lbs torq in a truck...go to headman or hooker websites, they both say lt headers offer more torq,hp usually, and shortys offer more than stock dependin on set up and stuff..thats what the factory of headman, hooker says,go there and ask..equal length is a lil more power over unequal///but lt is best.i have had both on several set ups..and dynoed every1 and all was same lt is better..but read and learn..shortys that are 1 1/2 suk.i have 15/8 and 1 3/4 headers on my set ups...
