I just bought the same manifold and i wanted to do just that. But then alot of these guys said you won't get your full potential out of it unless you do the heads next. if your gonna open up the heads than you gotta open the exhaust. It's called bottlenecking i've been told. It's kinda like if your gonna do one thing it would make sense to do the other. But that means spending a decent amount of scratch so yea. Just my opinion though.

Putting on just the intake, your not gonna see great numbers... but not all of us have money laying around waiting to be spent on car parts. I say stick it on there. The intake is pretty easy to replace and when you get some heads later, do it again... get some practice haha.

Heads are the #1 powerhouse in the motor. The other goodies just help the heads do what they need to a little easier. and yeah haha there's always the problem of the spending the scratch. You gotta pay to play

Like they said, you won't get the full potential out of the intake, but it will not hurt you. For your next power mod, I would do a full exhaust then heads. A full exhaust is good for ~15-20 at the wheels w/ a tune up (new plugs, wires, cap/rotor).
