RE: race gas?
leaded fuels will coat your O2 sensors and make them go bad quickly. There is no reason to run race gas. The only reason I ran some race gas in my car when I went to the track was because I was spraying 125 shot of nitrous on 15° timing and i didnt want any detonation..... I was running 110

RE: race gas?
Higher octan doesn't nessesarily mean more power, the higher octane just means it takes higher temperatures to burn. It will help eliminate spark knock under most applications. On a stock or lightlty modified car, using race fuel would be a waste and would mostlikely lose power from it. Optimal ocatan would be under 100 for stock. But we have all tried race fuel....just don't do 100%, maybe 25% race and 75% 93 to give you a boost, but you will see it won't really help..smells good though.
