If you tryin to not brake the bank, then id do a budget build, you can still make good power outof a budget build. Alot of it has to do with the tune. What are your plans with the car ?

It is just a street car that makes it to the track about once a year, and I want to make more power, but it will have to be a budget build, I plan on buying the trickflow street intake, but thought the heads would be a better place to start, and a cam too., nothing to radical. What cam do you have? I have about $500.00 right now saved but had a new baby in September so the wife is watching my spending! LOL nevermind on what cam you have I see it in your sig.

I'd get everything together first then put it on, theres no sence in doing 1 or 2 and not the rest. They all work together, so you'll see best results if you do all 3 at once, and it is gonna be less work also cuz you wont have to go back and do it again. I have a TFS stage 1 cam. I'd look around for heads first, cams and intakes are easier to come by than a really good deal on heads. How much you wanna spend total ?

I would say about no more than $1300-$1500, the TF intake about $400 new, cam not sure yet and Heads are going to what I need to find a deal on. Thinking of the Gt-40's explorer junk yard special?

Did you have any spark plug clearence problems with running the p heads, or did you have to run a certain header is what i'm asking. Do you know what kind of power you are putting down?
