what i was wondering was, is the trick flow street heat smog leagal? and is the track heat non smog legal?

I just bought the track heats and i dont remember seeing anything about emission legality on the paperwork.I dont think they are!!
They work in the same powerband as the Edlebrock rpm heads,1500-6500 rpm's.
