I'm running poly motor and tranny mounts. Running solid can will cause more vibrations and can also cause cracking issues. Something has to give between your motor/drivetrain....something has to flex or metal breaks. If you have solid motor mounts, go poly on the tranny mount or vice versa.

poly is a sorta a compromise between the soft rubber and solid. it will ahve enough give to avoid breaking something...same for the engine mounts

There is no reason to run anything other than a stock style mount. The solid mount is pulling the pin on your tailshafts case and the poly one makes for unwanted vibes. I have cars running far into the 8's with the stock mount.
