Just put a set of new wheels and tires on, Cobra R's, and noticed my driver side wheel sticks out further than the pasenger side, by about 1/2 inch. The car has not been wrecked and all body gaps are equal. What might cause the difference? Rotors maybe? Camber / caster?

 

bent lower control arms.... chances are your car has caught a curb sideways before

 

I know a guy whos rear shifted from launching hard. I can't remember what let go or bent, but perhaps you are in the same boat.

 

measure the backspacing on the wheels and make sure they aren't different for some reason. good luck

 

Tore the front end down yeaterday and zero damage.

Front wheels only.

Backspacing checks out even.

 

Is this in the front or rear, rear I'd say bent control arms as mentioned before, front I'd look at your k member and a Arms... ???

 

yea, i thought he meant rear as well.. but in front I would also have to say k-member
