You can start with a great machine shop to do your block right.Then you use ARP everything along with a girdle and forged internals.
And what it all comes down to is how your going to drive it and the tune thats controlling it,,,thats the most important.

yes juggie,, this is why I have an SFI bell housing....my dad had a flywheel come thru the dash this was in a 57 chevy with a steel dash.

having a good by pass valve is real important when above 10 psi

Well my bottom end is all stock. I even run a/c and the orig smog pump, mines a 94 5.0

Having a bypass valve is a good thing to have for any boost. Not having one is hard on your seals & the butterfly flap(s).
