Fuel Injector Install

RE: Fuel Injector Install
Yeah, how does it do in higher RPM's? Such as 4k? When I had my car, fully built with 4.10's I got about 15mpg so something is wrong! lol.
Check the injector size. I know the first thing I did when I got my car was change the fuel filter, and it was pretty nasty, but I think I changed it in time. Could quite possibly be your fuel pump like I originally stated.

RE: Fuel Injector Install
it runs fine more than half the time, even when i push it, but when it wants to act up i can be cruising in neutral and it turns off, or i can be in 4th on the highway (2-3k rpm) and it sputters and tries to die but since im in gear the wheels keep the engine spinning.

RE: Fuel Injector Install
ok i checked and the injectors are orange, stock then
they look pretty old so again im hoping its that they are bad
is the only downside to running 24# injectors that i will run rich? i dont mind poor gas mileage if it means i can upgrade them for future upgrades (throttle body, upper n lower intake)

You should be able to see your injectors, if they're yellow then they are stock 19#ers
