5.0 charging problems

my 89 fox isent charging?! i replaced the alternator the battery the pos/ neg cables checked the ground going to the block. and it is still only charging at 12.5 any suggestions i need the help Kyle USMC

Have you checked for power to the alt. First thing I'd check before throwing uneeded parts at it.
