88blackgt, do you have a smog pump on your car? If not, what size is your belt? I would like to run the same setup as yours(no ac pump or smog) but couldnt get it to work, the belt kept rubbing on itself on the tensioner

BTW, my MSD is mounted in the same place as pro's, i am gonna move it to the back of the car when i relocate my battery though

nah i dont have a smog pump. i can get the belt size for you when i go home. it doesnt slip at all, i was kinda surprised.

If you plan on doing the Ford ac delete then use a 71.5" belt. Summit told me 73.5, but it was way too long.

i didnt use the ford either. not sure what you meant by rotate the tensioner. i just kinda made it work

mounted mine underneath the passenger seat, the main thin is you have to leagthen your wires if you put it there, the directions that come with the msd tell you how to do it

Heres how you relocate your tensioner. If you remove the tensioner youll notice on the backside there is a pin that sticks out about half an inch give or take. Youll also notice that on the alternator bracket where teh tensioner mounts there is a hole that, that pin goes in to. Simply, drill a hole about half and inch an inch or so counterclockwise from the original, then simply re-install. It wont rub, I ran into the same problem when I removed the a/c comp and smog pump. There was all these crazy little rubber shavings all over the place on teh wp.
