im just looking for a good set of heads and intake manifold that will give me the best performance. and how many hp will it give??

 

AFR 165s, and the edelbrock performer II manifold or go with the track heat trick flow manifold. With a decent cam in there you should make around 300rwhp with a tune.

 

trickflow top end kit. Id also change the 1.6 roller rockers to 1.7 ratio, 360 hp at the crankshaft after a tune,24lbs, some short tube headers, and exhaust.[8D].

If carbed, or ud like cheaper, the AFR 165 makes a good punch as well.
