Default Stroker HP

Okay, after LOTS of thought I have decided to take on a big project for creating a show car. At this stage though, i'm still planning what all I want to do. This brings me to my engine choices. I would like to use a 302 block, but definitely stroke it. What my question is though, is how much HP are most people seeing using a 331,342,and 347stroker combinations.I don't want to know exactly how much HP you can possibly get, just what most people are seeing with good H/C/I etc. Also, what kind of additional HP would I see adding a Kenne Bell blower to any of these? Thanks in advance.

Enough to crack the block with ease. The stock 302 block isn't very good at higher power levels. People have varying rates of success, but you usually want to worry once you pass the 400rwhp mark. Might be higher or lower, ya never know

most def. do not use a stock block. get a aftermarket one and you'll be happy. just set your goal for the power on somewhere that you know that you can reach, because after that you won't be satisfied and you'll keep going on and on lol.

Showcar an big power...deep pockets and LONG hours. After almost 500 hours of work mine is finally getting noticed at larger shows, and I still have a ways to go. Good luck and I hope it works, but usually you can only go one way or the other unless you're building a big dollar garage queen.
