E7 INSTALLED SPRING HEIGHT/COIL BIND QUESTION
Anyone know? Also, my springs will coil bind at 1.060"....how close can I get to that? I upgraded my springs before, but not sure of the max lift on the springs and I am trying to figure it out.

1.800" (installed height) - 1.060" (coil bind height) = .740" (lift to coil bind) - .060" (min. coil bind gap) = .680" (allowable working lift)
What springs are those?.....what is the spring rate?......

They are Crane Cam springs. They have a closed rate at 1.700 of around 100lbs and open rate at 1.200 with around 300lbs and coil bind at 1.060".
What should the closed rate be at? lbs?
