Okay guys, I recently purchased a 93 lx notch with 46k on the clock. Gorgeous car inside and out, but my problem with is is the steering wheel controls do not work. The cruse control or the horn, is this all tied into the same fuse or do you think the problem is more complex down to the wiring? Thanks in advance for any advice/information.

well this isnt advice but kinda funny who ever had my ride before me somehow wired the horn and the cruise control button together which was a good laugh at first now its just plain annoying who does that anyways

it could be a fuse , or the clock spring is broken
