in what order?
I have94 gt that is completly stock at the moment but I am getting ready to start bolting stuff on but I am a little comfused as when to do what. I have a cobra upper/lower, and under drive pullies ready to go on and I am looking for the right deal on a MAF and TB to get shortly, as well as an exhaust. Later on(maybe this year, maybe not) I would like to get heads and a cam as well. When should I look at upgrading the fuel injectors and getting a tune, and what size MAF and TB would you recommend? I have installed stereos for over a decade but I am new to engines.......
thanks...

RE: in what order?
I have a 73 MM C&L MAF that has about 200 miles on it, if you're interested. I'd go with a 70 MM TB, when you do the MAF. Get the tune after you do inj. heads, cam.
No pressure, but it would be a good fit for your car. 24 lb. inj. would be plenty. Go with AFR 165 heads and have Jay Allen at Camshaft Innovations do a custom grind cam for you.

RE: in what order?
73-77mm MAF and a 70mm TB would be perfect. +1, get the tune after heads/cam/intake/injector swap. Might need to pick up a fuel pressure regulator as well, but boucher was right, 24#ers will suit you fine. If you want some cheap out of the box performance for a stock vehicle, get some gears. If you have an auto I'd go with 4.10's, if a stick then 3.73 or 3.90, if gas mileage is a concern then go with 3.55's. By far the best performance gain for the dollar on a near stock car. Gears can be found for around 130, another 100 or so for an install/rebuild kit, and 250-300 for install. That's what I'd do first, then tb/maf, then heads/cam.

RE: in what order?
How old is the MAF? Pics? How much would you want shipped to phoenix, 85296? I fugured a fuel pressure refulator would be in there as well, but that was a given as well as gears. What # inj is the maf programmed fer?
I assumed that something like fuel injectors would be better to buy new then used unless the deal was right/perfect? What abouta TB?
thanks for your help....
