Default TFI module

the other night i was on my way home and my car wasnt running hot or anything and it just shut off. I had to get a tow home and the next day it started right up. I replaced the distrubter cap and rotor and it happend agian. Does anyone have any clue what it can possibly be? Thanks

Well if you can confirm that it has no spark when this happens, then my first thought would be the module. Thats a common thing for them to do until they dedcide to quit all together.

happend to me the same exact way. Use a test light on your injectors and see if they are pulsing. If not, then its actually the processor inside your dizzy.

Its very common for fords TFI to take a ****, especially when hot. Most cases they work when cold, and fail when hot. I have one forsale if you need one.
