how do i change the pcv valve like where is it located, difficulty, precautions/steps

it's in the back of the lower intake, not sure about changing it, mine just fell out when i took off my upper intake.

Changing it is REALLY easy. It sits inside a rubber grommet so to get it out, you just pull on it. You don't have to unscrew it or anything. Given the age of the car, you probably want to change the grommet as well... especially if it is brittle or cracking, etc. That just slides in as well.

Underneath the valve is a screen. Often, that screen gets really clogged and becomes problematic. If you're not going to replace the screen, then at least try to somewhat clean it up a bit if it appears to be clogged.

As stated above, it's located near the firewall on the rear of the lower intake manifold.
