Like I posted before, just go to autozone and try out a bunch of different belts, use the one that fits and take the rest back. Save yourself alot of hassle if you are experimenting w/ belts.

Get a piece of string and run it through your pulleys. Have a friend pull back the tensioner to where you want it then put the string up to a ruler to find out how long of a belt you need.
... Did you just bypass the power steering or is this a diagram showing the placement of where it used to be and where it moved to after the a/c delete bracket...?

Well i work at advance auto so i have access to alot of belts, but i dont wanna go buy a bunch at once ( takes alot of $$ at once ) And my car isnt near me so i can go measure with a string. I'll see how close this 805k6 is then go from there.
