i dissagree... why buy just heads when he can take that and get good heads, not great but much better then stock, and manyother things?

well i said i would buy heads... i already have an intake a cam and a whole msd ignition... and if i knew then what i know now i still would buy heads even if i didnt have all that because there are two reason 5.0's are not more impressive stock, suspension and they cant breathe

It may be ignorant, but used parts scare me. Ebay seems like a surefire way to get hurt parts, and swap meets around here dont always seem to have much for the taking. If I were a chevy guy, I could build about 5 350's and a few 454's completely outta parts laying around in neighbor's barns. Unfortunatly, nobody has ford parts laying around.

Tell your neighbor you are building up those chevy motors, then sell them and use the money on your car

Actually, the heads should work with headers, just not stock manifolds...

i think it depends which headers he has. and all im saying is why buy just a set of bad *** heads, when he can buy good (gt40(P)) heads and much more...

ok take two 5.0s
one you just put afr heads on it
and the other you throw gt40 heads, gt40 intake, cam of his choice, and do some suspension work

who do you put your money on.. ill vote for the 2nd to win, no question
