Default High Idle, Need Help.

Hey guys, maybe you can help me on this one. My car since the day I bought it Idles extremely high about 2800RPM and it doesn't go down from there. I'm hitting about 4K going 60. I've tried resetting the computer, adjusting the idle screw, cleaned the IAB, and TPS is set to .94. The only thing I haven't tried is the EGR valve, is there away to test this? Also the hose that goes from the EGR Valve to the the Air Check Valve is missing, I don't know if that makes a difference. Mods are in the sig and it's an AOD. I'm willing to PayPal some money to whoever can solve my problem.

How about a vac. leak? Are you running a PCV vavle? are the hoses on the underside of the upper intake intact?
As for runing 4k at 60 mph, that must be the lowest gearing ever, what gears are you running?

Gears are stock, I cleaned the IAB/IAC, I'll double check the hoses in the morning.
