Do they make stroker k/0its with standard bore so that the block does not have to be completely gone through because i have block that is almost new that i was looking at putting a 347 stroker in?

Default RE: stroker kit

DSS and Coastal high performance will both sell kits for either 331 or 347 with the stock bore so get 327 or 342.
IMHE, after 40+ years building/rebuilding engines I don't feel it's a good way to go....
If you are going to bother building an engine, at least build it with bores that are straight and round. Lots of power there.
Nice to know also that the crank isn't binding so I use my good striaght edge and check it.......
