guys forgive the ignorance on this one but are windsor junior and senior heads good heads. and what are the differences between them.

There good heads. Difference is sr's are for big time stroker race engines or supercharged real high psi race engines. You just would want the jrs. They got nice big intake ports and exhaust with only a 58 cc combustion chamber for good higher compression. Only reason there cheaper is because there cast iron so you got lot more weight. But they perform real well. As long as you arent goin to supercharge later on because they will give you too high of a compression ratio.

alright cool,
1) can i get from anywhere?
2) do they compare to heads like trick flow and afr? other than the fact they are not aluminum.
