Add an American thunder cat back exhaust from flowmaster exhaust 5hp
Maybe a fuel pressure reg. and bump the fule pressure up: 1-2hp
Then if you wanted more, you'd have to go into the motor..IE heads, cam...
Again all of this Depends on your budget.

As roundy likes to say, as well as that go-kart engine builder can't remember his name...
"Speed costs money, how fast ya wanna go?"

mabey that was a different post.
phenolic spacers (what you are referring to as heat spacers) help keep the upper intake manifold temperature down so that CAI you bought won't be a waste of money. Most air from a CAI gets heated back up to regular temps before it reaches the heads. So you will get a little bit of hp gain with the spacer. I've heard of up to 8whp with a warm air intake, but it was not a mustange engine.
