ne one have a cowl hood on theyre fox?? what is the best hood out there looks/cost? painting costs??

painting is just the shop you take it to. and ive never had one, but 2 inch looks good on those for sure.

Fiberglass sucks. If you get fiberglass, spend the $6.00 for a set of hood pins.

Yeah I got a Cobra R Ram air hood that looks bad *** but it's 3.5" tall and is annoying when I drive because of visibility . I can't see anything when it's on the right front side of my car. It doesn't fit worth crap and the latch doesn't work good, well it doesn't work worth a damn honesly. It latches but the hood bounces up and down about 2-3 inches at high speeds. So,I am buying some locking hood pins for it , which actually look pretty cool and don't stick up from the hood. But , for now I'm getting ready to take the stinking thing off and put the stock one back on for a while ,until I can get it painted. I just feel so ricey driving around with a primer colored hood that isn't installed right and doesn't fit. Fiberglass hoods are gay , but it just looked so cool i had to have it. I just wish it wasn't so dang tall , 2.5" would have looked way nicer.

I have a Cervini 1.5 Mach hood, fits awesome, looks nice, doesnt flex at all not even at over 140. Doesn't interfere with my visibility. </P>
