Default steering column

i'm looking to buy a steering column for my 93 of ebay. i want a 89 or older so i can have tilt wheel and use an aftermarket steering wheel. i found these 2 column eBay item#180096263290 and #150101693272 the tail shaft on 1 is longer than the other can anyone tell me why?

I believe they are the same, the shaft slides in and out if im not mistaken.
