Default Motor Bogging...Help...

Today I installed a new 255lph fuel pump and high flow rails with fuel pressure regulator. The regulator is set to 40psi from the factory, or so they say. What is a good pressure to set it to in order to have the right amount of fuel running to the motor? I also did the edelbrock performer upper/lower intake, 76mm MAF, 70mm TB/EGR, 24lb injectors, and intake.

My car is bogging tremendously when im above 1/2 throttle and backfires a little here and there. What do i have to do here?

Thanks in advance for any help.
