Default Will thumper heads emmissions legal?

Will thumper E7's pass emmissions? I live in the atlanta area and we have some pretty tight emmision regulations.

just cause a head flows better doesnt mean it wont pass smog..... good valve seals and rings, and all sensors operating properly you should pass no problem. btw i keep hearing about thumpers heads, does anyone have some pics?

the only way i can see the emmision humps causing a problem is if they are getting filled with epoxy. even if they are ground down the holes are still there ya know
