Default Intake question.
I'm just curious why our cars have such weird intakes? I'm used to like the old school Intake just straight up and a carb or TB sittin on top, why do we have these big goofy suitcase lookin intakes? Just curious. Can the 5.0 run a normal style intake and still have efi and maf and all that?

yeah its called a camaro. we got these kinds of intakes cause its a 5.0 enough said.[sm=closed.gif]

well, i'm not sure, but i think its so they can have the longer runners to provide more torque and better a/f mix, and still fit under the hood.
