the input shaft and the bell housing on the 94-95 are longer, so if u swap both then yes it will swap in.... however that requires you to open the tranny all the way, and at that point it's not much more work to just rebuild the old one

yes if you change the bellhousing and input shaft and bearing over to the 95 style it will work. but it isnt that hard ive done it with a friend, take the four bolts out of the retainer and just wiggle out old shaft, i do recommend replacing the bearing while its out, that takes a press to do but thats it. not to hard, especaily if you know what your doing.

ok so you take the 4 bolts out, but what do you do if the needle bearingsfall out of the end of the input shaft and into the tranny? then u have to open it any way, and 90% of the trannys i rebuild when i pull the input shaft off the main shaft the bearings fall out and the syncro's blocker ring fall down to, and the only way to get them is with a magnet from the top of the case or take the main shaft the rest of the way out maybe if you have the hands of a 3 yearold u can get it in the inputshaft hole and fish the bearings out but good luck with that
