i bought and put a k&n cold air intake filter on my 91 5.0 lx but i didnt buy the cold air intake pipe so i just have the stock **** on there with this massive filter.. did i just waste my money or is this filter actually improving my car

I would like to experience on different CAIs. I already tried airaid cold air intake. Performance is nice and makes me want for more.
