ask OB. but dude every one says they love the sound of packs with an x pipe. i dont know how packs sound with an h. usally straight through mufflers sound good with an X and chambered sound good with an h. but i guess if you dont like the sound of the packs with a h you can always get a x pipe. but you might just need to get new pipes bent or modify your pipes. good luck.

To get MY "Magnapack Catback"
I reused part of my previous Flowmaster 40's Catback.

Your question about the offset and crap from the previous Flowmasters
I just went to a Performance Muffler shop in my area, they distribute Magnaflows and other high performance mufflers, oh and flowmasters too.

What they did was weld in like two 45ยบ bends to reach the driver side tail pipe
and the passenger side sort of line right up, so there was no need.

So if you were to look under my car, you'd see one muffler pointed straight back, and the drivers side one cocked at an angle; say the openings are facing the front passenger wheel and the back drivers wheel.

Then they welded the new pipe up to the top of my axle where the old tailpipes met.
So it's not REALLY a Magnaflow Catback, but it's the same thing basically since they don't make a catback for our cars.

Edit: And to mustang30240
You must enjoy that massive tin noise eh?
Or never heard Magnapacks

massive tin noise? my car doesnt sound like crap magnaflow, packs whatever sound like crap, my buddy has an 03 cobra with super 40's and his buddy has one with magnaflow packs whatever and the car with flowmaster's is way louder at any rpm and all around it just sounds better. He's gotten many compliments on his cars sound and some people say its the best sounding cobra they have ever heard. Bobby its your car do as you please i prefer the chambered sound if you like the rapsyness thats your preference

Magnaflow, Magnapacks SUCKS!!

hehe
Well for one most cobra's sound like *** to begin with.

And if you did infact hear MagnaPACKS then you would've noticed how deep they are at idle compared to 40's.
And at WOT it's a completely different story...
MagnaPACKS just SCREAM at WOT, and sound damn good at doing it!
Also, you're mufflers don't have a horrible tinny noise when you stand on the gas?
Hmm, must be the rarest of rare Flowmasters ever!

I've made the switch and I'm damn proud of the choice, i've gotten so many compliments and my car doesnt sound like ANYTHING around here either.
Not to mention it's a straight through design and not only with a better exhaust note, i'm also making more power with them as well

Have fun with the Flows, the tin and drone just aint cool.
