just curious to why you hate your tri ax? i have one and i think it is great.
Mines real hard to shift third gear is hard to get it to go in, friend of mine has the pro 5.0 and I drove his car shifts like a champ. Just haven't been real happy with it.

when I bought my car a few months ago, it already had a pro50 installed, and although I cant even compare it to stock, I do like the way it shifts. So far I havent missed any gears, and it gives you a solid feel letting you know your in gear

Your problem may not be your shifter, you could have a tranny problem

pro 5.0 here... works great: shifts smooth, actually hard to miss a shift with it, and has anice and tight feeling... so thats what i'd go with

My car came with a Pro 5.0, but I've driven stock Mustangs from the same year and there is no compariosn. Pro 5.0 gives you nice solid shifts, and makes it pretty hard to miss a gear. Go for it.
