Default Power Loss At 60 MPH!!! Help

Im looking at an 89 GT all stock except for flowmasters. the seller says that it has a big power loss around 60 MPH . he said it didnt pull like it used to. it sat for like a year. im guessin maybe just a fuel filter..but it could be more serious...are there any notorious problems that would cause this???

Can't really loose power at any given speed...would have to be a loss at given RPM and that would be in every gear. I would want more info as causes could be mild to significant.

drive the car and tell us what it does, this could be many things.

more than likely its fuel related.... how many miles on it?
ask the seller if he has ever replaced the fuel tank. these cars are notorious for having the baffles inside the tank break loose, causing fuel to be pushed away from the pump instead of collecting around it. it happened to me, but it gives lots more symptoms than just a power loss.
