Default Intake hoses...

Ok, so I narrowed my fuel injection questiopn down to this..When the intake is installed onto the motor if you look under it from the front of the car and back behind under it there are two hoses on both sides...This may be a stupid question but where do they go? and in which order if you have the time? Thanks.

Attached is a picture of the location I'm talking about just incase I confused a few of you. The hose that is looped around the intake is going to the hose fixtures but I'm sure that it isn't suppose to come out and back into the intake like they have it.
