Summit has put together a suspension package that consists of ford springs, strange shocks/struts, and adjustable bearing plates from hotchkis for 679 bucks. Is this a good deal?

Well the shocks and struts run about $490 alone, so I would say it isn't that bad a deal if those are the peices you are looking for.
