im runnin 17/9s in front(which rub at full lock) and 17/9s in the rear and i have 285s in back with the quads and they dont rub...but they are close

 

10.5 won't work in the rear, I tried and they hit the quad and stuck out way to far. I run 17x9 in the rear with 275 and they are great. as for the front 17x9 will work just rub in full turns.

 

Talk to 88ragtop, it sounds alot like the setup he is running. He is really helpful and willing to share info. Here is a pic of his car,

Edit- he is running 17x8s up front and 17x10.5s in the rear.
