Ok so last summer i replaced my radiator, all the hoses, and the thermostat. The water pump is also fairly new. The system is no longer over heating ( it isalso around60 degrees)but i am wondering if my tach is failing. MY tach will move back and forth and fluctuate between the O-R-M in [NORMAL]. So its not gettiing hot but it is moving around alot and there is no pattern whether i am accelerating or cruising sometimes it goes one way and then bounces back and sometimes it goes the other and bounces back pretty quickly. I dont know what to think... please help

anybody? Is the tach bad or temp sensor ? I guess this is a dumb question.

It is called a temp gauge, and I think it would be a sending unit before the gauge.

so if its the sending unit how do i fix it?
