Default another head ?

ok i called clear water heads and they have a set of rebuilt gt40 heads cast iron. does anyone have the flow charts on those? i cant seem to find them, i wanna compair to the trick flow heads. i wanna get them and also if you could be specific on the gains of going aluminum instead of the cast iron ones.

also with the B cam i have i forget the lift on it, i think its .512 and the spring thats come with the head is .480, what springs should i get if i do go with these heads? is it worth all this trouble? its 175 per head and he will change springs for free and then shipping out to me which was like 45 dollars. so for $345 i get some decent gt40 (non-P) heads that are recondtioned already. or should i just wait and spend the 1300 for the trickflow and buy the lifters, RR, and pushrods(i'll need those regardless because i didnt replace them when i rebuilt the motor)

basically just wondering is it really that worth it for those aluminum heads, a difference of a thousand bucks basically
