Where to get TF head Torque specs

Where to get TF head Torque specs
Anyone know where i could get the torque specs for TF track heat aluminum heads. Should i just be able to call up Trickflow or Summit and get them the guy i bought them from a while ago never gave them to me and know he doesnt know where they are.
