send it to me.. i'll get the screw out and rebuild it at the same time (just kidding) it'll come off just fine BUT putting it back on with is in the car will be a PITA (Pain In The ***)

to get what out the tailshaft? something to remove the pin. and some sockets(i cant remember its size at the moment).

take ur shifter off, take off the pin in in the block the shifter sits in... go back under... unbolt the tailshaft from the trans.... and pull it back

yea you can do it in the car, but like lenny said... big PITA... id much rather drop the trans and do it on a bench...

are u using a lift? or jack/jackstands? if its a lift, itll be easier to do on the car... but jack.... drop that biotch
