gears and help

ok i have a choice between 355 373 and 410 gears and basically i want to rip in it on the street and some times on the track i want to be able to do somewhat highway racing but i also dont want to run out of gear int the quarter mile i really want 410's but i dont like the fact topping out at only 110 mph. should i be worried about idk.

some advice plz
