If i installed a F-cam would i need a new tune or would i be alright for a little while. The motor probably won't last too long anyways. We run consistent 11.5 every weekend thankyou

There's better cams than that, if that's wheel hp and it's a stock block, I'd leave it be, it's maxed out pretty much, get a new cam when you build a new engine off a Boss block or a Dart or something. A setup like that a cam would definately help as far as making power, but I wouldn't trust the stock pistons. As far as tune, you change anything that has a decent effect on power, you should retune it

Wy are you buying an out of the box cam with a setup like that? Get a custom grind cam. Either way your gonna need a new tune, and honestly you might net enough power to start worrying about the block. 450+rwhp and id be careful...
