mustangs are posessed! me and my buddies around here got use to calling them mood stangs. they never really work perfect all the time or something is always going wrong or whatever. and i know everyone can vouch for that. but when you need your stang she will perform. someone you've been dying to race or a vette pulls up or WS6 or your typical bowl of rice that wont quit revving at you.....she will perform like never before! mood stangs forever baby! woot woot!
Absolutely true... they are like a women with massive amounts of PMS happening.

The only thing i can really say that i know is that if you have never driven a v8 real wheel drive car then it coulod be dangerous for someone.. They have pretty a pretty low torque curve for an underpowered car and if you dont respect it especially in the rain, but even on dry pavement it could bite you
Well I owned a v6 camaro before my 89 and I did a lot, and I mean a lot, of drifting/sliding around in the snow, so i could handle the mustang on dry pavement just like the camaro in snow.

oh boy thats just asking for trouble, the extra torque is not the same as the v6 in snow....

naw i know that, i'm just saying I was used to kicking the rear end out with out much effort because I always drive on ice/snow w/ another rwd car. My camaro was *****, I know that for sure, I couldn't even spin the tires going around corners in it [&:]

Mustangs are more of a handful than a Camaro. Not sure why, the wheelbase is the same but I can drift a Camaro and still be in full control. Mustangs get sideways, you don't push them too far because you know any second it'll be all over.

On the same note I've had big cars that are in full control while sliding. I used to have a 11 sec 70 Road Runner. With regular tires it could keep laying down black marks at 60mph. No fear.
