Default Another Idling Question

I have a 93 LX coupe that ive been struggling to get the idle down to 800 rpm without the surging problem. Ive managed to get it to about 950 rpm and running good untill it gets to 180-190 degreeswhen the enginestarts surging and stalling. Ive replaced the IAC and tried to check the TPS ( I can't seem to get a good reading with my multimeter but its somewhere between .90-1.0 volts) I will recheck the TPS Monday morning with an accurate multimeter. The throttle body does appear to be clean. Is there a temperature sensor that is tied to the ecm somehow that could be giving the ECU a bad reading when it gets to this temperature?

As long as the TPS is in the .7 - 1.0 vdc range, it's OK....the computer takes care of the rest. You may want to check what the ECM is working with, and check if there are any failure codes by running a set of KOEO and KOER self-tests.

i'd be willing to bet that either the IAT or ECT has gone bad
