Default Ignition Problem

Just another problem with my mustang.... Yesterday I replaced the alternator and then drove the car around all day with no problems, then last night I went to start the car it started right up then while driving (only about 3 min later) it shut off while driving. It would not restart until about 15 min later and once it started again it ran fine. The car is 95 GT. Is there anything that could cause this problem, I was looking into the ignition control box, but it seems like it was more of a problem on the earlier car when it was on the dizzy. The only other possibility I can come up with is there is a viper alarm in the car that maybe is causing the problem but I doubt it since I don't carry the control with me and It never did this before until yesterday. Thanks

next time it happens, touch the module. it should stay relatively cool where it is. if its hot, thats probably it.
