Default Question about carb setup

Hi, figured id come to this section and ask, theresa 5.0 for sale in my area and he wants 3,500 for it and its carbed do you think thats a good deal?Also how hard would it be to convert it to a fuel injected motor? BTW it still has an 7.5 rear end.

i think thats a good deal the interior and everything looks clean, just throw some aftermarket rims on and your set!!!

Thanks for the opinion, yeah I like it im just worried because the whole car is basically a 4 cylinder except the engine, so I would probably have to change the rear and the suspension.
