So I figured out the no spark and no fuel problem. someone pulled the EEC power relay and didn't put it back in.[:@]
So now the car will start but will immediately shut off when you release the key. If you hold the key in the start position it runs but obviously the starter stays engaged. Replaced the ignition switch on the steering shaft still does the same thing.
