I guess I'm confused as to what the problem is. What exactly did you take and what exactly did you swap? MAF, MAS, etc...

take hte actual sensor off from a fox and use hte MAF housing off the sn95?
When doing the swap you must use the MAF housing and the MAS from the 94-95 Mustang.
You cannot change the sensors (MAS) between applications/housings.

Each MAS is calibrated to a specific housing...
The MAS from a Fox Mustang 55mm tube is different from the MAS in a 95 Mustang with 70mm tube.

why inside the car?
The reason for checking the MAF signal wire as it hits the ecu (at the harness behind the passenger kick panel) is that you can verify the continuity/integrity of the MAF signal wire.
A short in the wire will show, but may not show at the MAF...

I converted my car to MAF from SD using a 94/95 MAF. I went thru a the proper steps and I have a few thousand miles on the car after the swap all running fine(just afraid it isn't to full potential, I just have this code 56 and 66(MAF voltage too low, MAF voltage too high)

I just wanted to know if other who have done this swap are having similar issues.

I just replied to your pm...

I would look at the supply power (vRef). It should be ~5v.
Also, check into the grounds.

I'm not very good with troubleshooting electrical stuff, but that is all I can think of...

Not really sure what that is....

I was checking everything out again tonight, voltages as follows(the 4 wires on my MAF A,B,C,D):

A- power supply from computer 14+ volts engine running
B- ground, all seemed to check out good
C- MAFreturn(- signal) was right around 1.0 at idle(would jump up when reved)
D- MAF signal(+ signal) was about 1.6 at idle(would jump when reved)

I also checked numbers at the ECM and all compared to the numbers I got at the MAF. Any Ideas??

So you didn't replace a fox MAF with an SN95 MAF... You completely changed from SD to MAF using a MAF from an SN95. That kind of makes a difference. Unless I am the only one, i think we were all under the impression that you had already been running a fox MAF and just swapped out the housing / sensor.

Changing from SD to MAF is a bit more complex and it opens up the possibility of many other problems.
